Emolution is a nonprofit organization based in Washington state. Its mission is to empower individuals with the value and skills to transform emotional challenges into catalysts for increased health, prosperity and life satisfaction. It has two primary objectives for accomplishing this: 1) raising awareness of the importance of emotional health, and 2) disseminating a peer-led group process that supports emotional health and increases individuals’ self-awareness and self-responsibility skills.
Through web-based or on-site training, Emolution imparts the skills to start and maintain this support group process, which we call “Emote”. It is designed for people who want to experience more ease and success in their lives, through their own self-directed thoughts and actions. When practiced regularly with a small, dedicated group of people, the process produces astonishing enhancement in relationships, body awareness and mental clarity.
